Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through MasterMedEx (“the Platform”). By purchasing any course, subscription, or digital content, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. General Rule

All payments made to MasterMedEx are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances expressly provided in this Policy.

3. Grounds for Refund

A refund may be granted solely at the discretion of MasterMedEx under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Transactions

Where a user has been charged more than once for the same product or service.

3.2 Unresolved Technical Failure

Where the user is unable to access purchased content due to a verified technical issue that:

• Is attributable to the Platform; and
• Remains unresolved despite reasonable efforts by the support team.

3.3 Cancellation by MasterMedEx

Where a course or service is cancelled by MasterMedEx without provision of a reasonable alternative.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be granted in any of the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use or complete the course
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
• Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend sessions
• Partial or full access to course materials
• Incorrect selection of course, package, or subscription

For the avoidance of doubt, once any digital content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded, the purchase shall be deemed fully consumed and strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must:

• Be submitted in writing to: support@mastermedex.com
• Include the user’s full name, registered email address, and transaction details
• Be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection of the request.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

• It shall be processed within 7–14 business days
• It shall be issued via the original payment method
• MasterMedEx reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative or transaction fees

7. Revocation of Access

Upon issuance of a refund:

• The user’s access to all related content shall be immediately terminated
• Any continued use, reproduction, or distribution of the content may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action

8. Discretion and Amendments

MasterMedEx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Approve or reject any refund request
• Interpret and apply this Policy
• Amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice
